Minimum Requirements:

1. Professional License (Nurse)
2. Valid BLS Certification
3. At least 1 year of in-home caregiving experience (PERFERRED)
4. Unexpired Driver’s License, valid vehicle Insurance, and registration
5. Passed National & State background check
6. Passed TB (Tuberculosis) test
7. Passed Drug Test 
8. In-House Home Health Test (PCA'S ONLY)

AVAILABLE POSITIONS: Care Coordinator 

AVAILABLE POSITIONS: Registered Nurse (RN) PRN -  HEALTH ASSESSMENTS ONLY 

AVAILABLE POSITIONS: Licensed Practical Nurse PRN

ON GOING POSITIONS: Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) 

ON GOING POSITIONS: Patient Care Aide (PCA)
